In this paper, we investigate the generalized Tribonacci polynomials and deal with, in detail, two special cases which call them (r,s,t)-Tribonacci (r,s,t)-Tribonacci-Lucas polynomials. We also introduce a new sequence its namely co-Tribonacci, (r,s,t)-co-Tribonacci (r,s,t)-co-Tribonacci-Lucas polynomials, respectively. present Binet's formulas, generating functions, Simson summation formulas for these polynomial sequences. In this paper, we introduce the notions of C-numerical range and C-spectrum of matrix polynomials. Some algebraic and geometrical properties are investigated. We also study the relationship between the C-numerical range of a matrix polynomial and the joint C-numerical range of its coefficients.
